- Are your products non-toxic?
- Yes. We work exclusively with non-toxic polishes, Dazzle Dry, builder gels, and scent-free hot oils. Our sugar scrubs, masks, and treatments are homemade in small batches at the lounge.
- Is the lounge fragrance-free?
- Our oils and lotions are scent-free, and we keep the space free of artificial fragrance so guests with sensitivities can relax comfortably.
- How long do your manicures and pedicures last?
- Dazzle Dry typically wears 10–14 days, and non-toxic gel can last 2–3 weeks with proper care. Builder gel is designed for long-term strength and growth and is removed or refilled every 3–4 weeks.
- Do you take walk-ins?
- We accept walk-ins when availability allows, but we strongly recommend booking online or by phone to guarantee your time.
- Can I bring my child?
- Yes — we offer Kids Manicure and Kids Pedicure services for guests 10 and under, with the same clean, scent-free products we use for adults.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules so we can offer the time to other guests.
